1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the WEE.BIO platform and related services.

By accessing or using WEE.BIO, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Description of the Service

WEE.BIO provides tools allowing users to create, manage and share customizable bio pages, links, profiles, digital content and related services.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use WEE.BIO for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent activities;
• Identity theft or impersonation;
• Phishing campaigns;
• Distribution of malware or malicious software;
• Intellectual property infringement;
• Terrorist, extremist or illegal content;
• Child exploitation material;
• Hate speech or discriminatory content;
• Illegal gambling or financial scams;
• Any activity prohibited under applicable law.

6. Prohibited Content

Any content that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, misleading or prohibited under the laws of the country where the service operates may be removed without prior notice.

WEE.BIO reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate any account involved in such activities.

Permanent bans may be applied without refund or compensation.

7. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they publish.

By using the service, users grant WEE.BIO the limited rights necessary to host, process and display such content.

8. Service Availability

WEE.BIO strives to provide uninterrupted access to its services but does not guarantee continuous availability.

Maintenance, updates or technical incidents may result in temporary interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIFFCAST SAS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of WEE.BIO.

Users remain solely responsible for the content they publish.

10. Modifications

WEE.BIO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
